What Happened To 'report.txt' At Top?

The instructions on how to get a report.txt and why it was needed for posting used to be at the top of the forum. I no longer see it. A little forum cleaning happen? It does look nicer, but this info was, IMO, rather important. Maybe a new version with, in bold print, "A report.txt is usually required for sucessful assistance. The instructions on obtaining a report.txt are in the FAQ...", or located wherever.

Come to think of it, where are instructions for a beginner obtaining a report.txt located at now?

Other than here:

<a href='http://freescofaq.hopto.org/faq/3_66_en.html?highlight=reporttxt' target='_blank'>Link to Freesco report.txt FAQ entry</a>

Maybe instructions should be added to the readme file in the distribution package?

Maybe pinned to the top of the Freesco Forum FAQ section?

Anyway it is done, a pointer or nudge somewhere on the main page to send people to read the report.txt instructions would be helpful.

Nevermind. Either this was gone and is now back, or for some reason IE and Firefox on this machine were not showing this particular bit when displaying these forum pages.

Weird.
