How to create a Blog on a Freesco box

Hi,
just a question about how to create a Blog (or several Blogs) on a Freesco box.
Is there a special software (package) needed or how do I have to proceed ?
As you may have noticed I have no idea what is required and would be happy for every hint - especially if there already exists a software package for Freesco.

Just install the Apache and mySQL packages and you're good to go for most blog software packages.
Make sure the blog software doesn't require PHP 5 because that's not supported in the Apache package.
