I don't think so, see this old thread in the archived forum:

<a href='http://www.freesco.org/support-forum200607/index.php?showtopic=10331&st=0' target='_blank'>http://www.freesco.org/support-forum200607...opic=10331&st=0</a>

The linux client is for a newer linux kernel and unfortunally there's no source code for the client.
Code: Select all
[root@Freesco] snarf http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/release/FAH502-Linux.exe
http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/release/FAH502-Linux.exe (243K)
FAH502-Linux.exe          [########################]     243K |   75.58K/s
249236 bytes transferred in 3.22 sec (75.57k/sec)
[root@Freesco] chmod +x FAH502-Linux.exe
[root@Freesco] ldd FAH502-Linux.exe
FATAL: kernel too old
