Mutiple modem support

Remember this is a 1.44Mb floppy disk router, space is limited.

I'm currently looking into getting a t1 for my home and possibly setting up a dialup service for friends and family, but alas, freesco only supports 2 modems (not sure about 3.0, havent played with it.)
a friend of mine has a rockwell 6 in 1 dialup server PCI card and am kind of curious if theres any way to intergrate that into freesco. or if there will be in the future.

BlakDrgn,

I haven't had any experience with setting up freesco as a dial up router, but if I remember correctly, the new versions support 10 modems. :)

As far as whether or not that PCI setup will work with freesco it's hard to say. Freesco will only work with NON-Winmodems. there are SOME winmodems that are compatible with linux, but I don't know if they're freesco compatible because of all the kernel differences. I hope this helps. :)

Usually special cards and stuff like that have drivers and stuff for just about anything. BTW, if you're looking for a box that'll give you 24 serial ports, let me know, I'm looking to get rid of it for pretty cheap. It's brand new. brad@musatcha.com
